Bambuu ("we") is an AI automation and digital advertising agency based in Hawaii, USA. This page explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us:

Email sign-up. If you request our free guide, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) through a form powered by Kit (ConvertKit).

Bookings. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and the meeting details you choose to share.

Site analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.

Advertising measurement. If you arrived from one of our ads, advertising platforms may collect interaction data as described under "Advertising" below.

How we use it

To send you the guide and emails you asked for, to run the calls you book, and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every message.

Third-party services

This site is served by Cloudflare and uses a small number of third-party services, each with its own privacy policy: Kit (email sign-up), Cal.com (bookings), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Google Fonts (typefaces; your browser requests font files from Google’s servers).

Advertising

Bambuu runs advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads). In connection with those campaigns, we may use the platforms’ conversion-tracking and remarketing features. These use cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an ad led to a visit or sign-up, and to show our ads to people who previously visited this site.

We may also share hashed (irreversibly encoded) email addresses from our subscriber list with advertising platforms to reach existing contacts or similar audiences (for example, Google Customer Match). Platforms are contractually restricted from using this data for anything other than serving our campaigns, and we only do this with information you provided to us directly.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Embedded services (the Kit sign-up form and Cal.com booking) may set functional cookies needed for those features to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works without them.
